Dream Satin Liquid Foundation

For a while now I've been on the hunt for a foundation which will be perfect for those no make-up make-up days when I don't want a lot of make-up on my face but still gives me a bit of coverage. I researched, read blog reviews and wandered into Boots and Superdrug numerous times to swatch shades and find which one would be the best one for me. But in the end I decided that the Maybelline dream satin liquid foundation was the one in the shade light porcelain.

I've used this quite a few times now and I'm in love with it. I wouldn't normally go for light coverage foundations as I have got spot prone skin but, you know when you have those odd days in the month where your skin is looking very healthy and glowing, this is ideal for them days. Personally, I wouldn't use this when my skin is breaking out because you will have you layer it up quite a bit if you want to cover those pesky more large, redder spots which can lead to your foundation becoming cakey.

When building up the foundation I did find that it was able to build up a couple of layers to enhance and add more coverage to your skin which is brilliant. Throughout the day I did notice that on my t-zone the foundation would become shiny and wear off on my nose especially however a little bit of concealer will cover that problem in no time.

There are a range of colours to choose from and because I'm very pale I suited well with light porcelain, it matches my skin colour exceptionally well. Not only this but when it's on my face it leaves me with a healthy glow which feels weightless. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants an inexpensive, light coverage and glowy finish foundation. I love it already. What foundation do you use? Thanks for reading,
