Under £20 Collective Haul

I've been on a little spending splurge throughout the past two months on a few items which I had been eyeing up. The total of all the products put together came to £15.99 which I think is miraculous for the three products considering they're all such high quality items.

From another blog post you might notice an item from my wish list which has quietly crept its way into this haul, as I thankfully purchased it along with another item.

That's right, the Body Shop tea tree night lotion has made its way into my heart. Just before I go to bed I massage this over my problematic areas, on my face, and in the morning they look less visible and the spots deduct in size which is amazing. A little bit goes a long way so I can see myself using this product for years before I have to repurchase it! In the shop there was "buy one get the second 50% off skincare and make-up products" which instantly made me in awe as I studied all their skincare products. I avoided the make-up purely because I think I have enough for now, correct me if I'm wrong but I'm concentrating on my skincare at the moment. After my strenuous search for the product which I craved the most I came away with the Body Shop camomile gentle eye make-up remover. I use this to remove my mascara at the end of the day. Waterproof mascaras are that little bit harder to remove; I do go through quite a few cotton pads before it all goes away which suggests that their waterproof eye make-up remover isn't the product to be choosing but nonetheless I'm overly pleased with this product at £9.00. The scent itself isn't very satisfying for me, if you've ever used rescue remedy before it'll remind you of that, it's a calming scent, just not my cup of tea.

Lastly, we've got a storage item which might seem familiar to you with it's appearance but don't be deceived. If you're thinking it's from Ikea then you're wrong...It's a Lidl special. I'm elated with this storage piece, it's a white metal plant pot but twice the size of the ones from Ikea. I fit all my skincare bits and bobs in this pot it's the perfect size. It's very strong and sturdy, perfect for holding lots of items. If I recall correctly it was £2.49 which is a very reasonable yet affordable price although I haven't seen them in Lidl since this purchase unfortunately; keep your eyes peeled.

Well that's it for my shopping splurge, I hope you're all proud of me for resisting the temptation of buying a make-up product for once! What was the last item you purchased? Thanks for reading,
