CP Food Week / Chocolate Smothered Smores

Day three brings us to another chocolate snack; these are chocolate smothered smores, ideal for aiding your chocolate cravings. These smores take around 10 minutes to make, no time at all!
What You Need:

10 Digestive Biscuits,
5 Large Marshmallows,
100g Milk Chocolate,
sprinkles of your choice.

What To Do:

  1. Get two digestive biscuits and place a marshmallow in the middle of them, like a sandwich. Repeat for all of the biscuits and marshmallows then place in the microwave for 30 seconds,
  2. Break up the chocolate and place in a bowl to heat in the microwave for 3 minutes at a medium temperature, stirring half way through,
  3. Pull away one biscuit from the marshmallow, be warned this may get messy, dunk the bottom (which was connected to the marshmallow) of the digestive into the chocolate and place it back onto the marshmallow, this will make it stick,
  4. Pick up the marshmallow and digestives and dunk one of the digestives into the chocolate whilst holding it tightly so that it doesn't fall into the chocolate,
  5. Repeat for all of them,
  6. Pour the sprinkles into a bowl. Now that there is chocolate on the top of the digestive dunk the chocolate side into the bowl of sprinkles.
  7. Eat when desired.
These smores are so easy to make yet so messy; they're very tasty! Will you be recreating these smores? Thanks for reading, you can find me here:
