Shower Side Picks

When it comes to the shower, I have a humongous, continuously growing, collection of body, skin and hair care products which I like to keep in and around the shower area allowing me to easily access my favourite products!
Shower Side Picks
Facial Care
The Body Shop Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil-Post £10.00
I've always been sceptical of cleansing oils but this one is by far my favourite. I love using it to remove make-up as the oil breaks down the oil within the make-up, making it the quickest way to remove any make-up, even waterproof!

Neutrogena Visibly Clear Spot Clearing Facial Wash £4.49
This bright orange facial wash is wonderful for washing the face or double cleansing after removing make-up. Although this wash focuses on clearing your skin, I wouldn't say it has dramatically changed the way my skin has been. Regardless of this, it is a nice facial wash that lathers during the wash which I enjoy.

Shower Gels/Exfoliators
The Body Shop Strawberry Shower Gel £4.00
This shower gel has a beautiful fruity yet sweet scent, as the name suggests it smells of strawberries. It also lathers up well creating an array of bubbles whilst in the shower.

The Body Shop Frosted Berries Exfoliating Sugar Scrub £19.99
Although this is a limited edition Christmas special I have found this available on Amazon which is a lifesaver as I adore this scrub. It smells of delicious, sweet summer berries, whilst the scrub works well due to its consistency, it's not too harsh on the skin.
Shower Side Picks
Body Butters/Lotions
Happy Naturals Argan Oil Body Butter £4.00
This butter has such a unique scent it reminds me of going abroad. You know that scent that hits you as you get off the aeroplane, that's what it smells of, it's a mini throwback every time I use it. It has a thin consistency and absorbs into my skin quickly but the main reason I love this is because if it's scent.

Cowshed Grumpy Cow Uplifting Body Lotion £20.00
Zesty scents always capture my attention and this lotion has an incredible sweet orange and grapefruit citrus blend. It's a zesty sensation. Just like the all of the lotions I'm mentioning it is quick to absorb but the problem with this product is the bottle it comes with.

The Body Shop Mango Body Sorbet £8.00
I've never known a body product to be as soft as this one. This body sorbet is blissfully beautiful! When applying to the body its makes your skin wonderfully soft and the mango scent creates a mouth-watering effect. Not only that but the scent lingers around for the rest of the evening.
Shower Side Picks
Hair Care
Creighton's Beautiful Brunette Extra Moisturising Shampoo £1.99
This may be a shock to you as I have oily roots and I've been loving using this extra moisturising shampoo, but it's been working wonders for my hair. It lathers well when massaging into the scalp to remove any grease, leaving my hair feeling hydrated but not oily.

Macadamia Oil Extract Hair Mask £1.00
I speak so highly of this hair mask due to its remarkable quality and inexpensive price tag. When I'm in the shower, I leave it on my hair for around five minutes and it hydrates, revitalises and nourishes my ends making them extremely soft.

L'Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Clay Conditioner £4.63
The mask followed by this conditioner work in harmony together. When I remove the conditioner my hair always feels incredibly hydrated, soft, silky and smooth; what everyone dreams their hair will be like.

Superdrug Shower Comb £1.49
When the conditioner is infusing into my hair, I like to take this shower comb through my hair, as if I was combing. Doing this enables my hair to stay straight and avoid any knotting which may have occurred throughout the shower process.

I am aware that this post was heavily dominated by The Body Shop's products, but, I cannot resist their ranges when it comes to their body care products. They can do no wrong in my eyes! What are you shower side picks? Have you tried any of these products? Thanks for reading, you can find me here:
