Empties #13 Will I Repurchase?

It's official, I have become a body care addict, every since I wrote about my shower side picks I've been finished products up within a click of a finger: shower gels, exfoliators and lotions, I cannot get enough of them!

Will Definitely Repurchase!
Barry M Flawless Matte Finish Oil Free Foundation-Post
At one point this was the only foundation I was using day after day, it was the only one I'd pick up without contemplation. This foundation lasted me around 11 months, which I think for only 30g of product, is amazing! If you're someone with combination skin then you'll love this foundation as it stays on for the duration of the day whilst keeping a semi-matte to a matte finish. Personally, my favourite kinds of foundation, are full coverage and this is a light to medium but very buildable as I found myself applying two coats to give me a flawless finish. I will definitely be repurchasing this sometime soon, it's one of the best I've tried!

Hmm, Maybe!
Neutrogena Visibly Clear Spot Clearing Facial Wash
This has been an odd one for me as I have enjoyed using it but I didn't notice a difference in the way my skin looked after using this constantly for over a year. This facial wash claims that it effectively clears and prevents spots but like I said, I didn't see a change and I do get quite a few blemishes throughout the month. You only need one to two pumps of this wash for it to lather well but, it does have a unique scent, which for those of you who have sensitive skin, I'd stay away from. This is a bit of an 'uh I don't know' product.

Happy Naturals Argan Oil Body Wash
This body wash smells of holidays, you know when you go abroad and the scent of sun cream and the country joins together, this is what it smells like. It's quite a refreshing yet moving scent as it automatically throws me back to being on holiday. I did find that you did need quite a lot of the product for it to lather up to a good bubbly standard which is a shame as I love a good lather. That's why I probably won't get this wash again regardless of the summer-time scent.

The Body Shop Strawberry Shower Gel
As we all know with anything The Body Shop related there's a high chance that I'm going to love it. Likewise, this mini strawberry shower gel didn't fail to live up to its standards, it lathered wonderfully whilst giving off a fruity, sweet strawberry scent which lingered when I got out of the shower. This is a great one to pick up in their sales and 3 for 2 offers.

Not For Me!
Benefit They're Real Beyond Mascara-Post
When I used to do my friends and families make-up this would be the mascara I would use, on a disposable wand, as it did a brilliant job at giving length and volume to their lashes. I do find that I have to use eyelash curlers before using this mascara to get the desired curl I'm looking for. After a couple of coats, the mascara does tend to clump and I think this is due to the heaviness of the formula. For the price, £19.50, I do think there are better mascaras on the market.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Night Cream
I got a small pot of this in the advent calendar at Christmas, they came out with and I'm glad I got to try it out as it gave me an indication as to whether I would like to purchase the full size. As a result of this, I won't be purchasing the full size of this night cream as it isn't as hydrating as I thought it would be. It has quite a thick formula which doesn't absorb into the skin very quickly which can be a pain.

Beauty Boutique Luxury Body Wash
When you open this body wash up you automatically get a waft of strong perfume straight up your nostrils which isn't pleasant, to say the least. It has such a strong scent that I found myself coming out of the shower with a headache. It lathered well but I wouldn't even recommend this to my worst enemy.

Pampered Shower Smoothies Exfoliating Soothing-Post
I mentioned this in my January favourites, at the start of the year, because for the price the product is absolutely lovely. It's £1 in Savers if you live in the UK! The product itself is a soft and soothing body exfoliator with a wonderful berry sensation scent. However, I probably won't be repurchasing this because I personally like my exfoliators to be harsher on the skin, where I can tell all of the dead skin has been removed as this one is quite light on the skin.

Cowshed Grumpy Cow Uplifting Body Lotion
This body lotion is brilliant for those of you with dry skin as it is highly hydrating on the body. Not only this but, it smells citrusy and tangy, containing orange and grapefruit, which I adore. The only issue I have with this lotion is that the bottle cap is hard to get the product out of and it can be hard work on your hands. I won't be repurchasing as the cap was a real problem for me which is a shame.

I'm saddened by the finishing up of my Barry M foundation, it was my holy grail for all of those months, now I'm down to one foundation! Is it time to buy some more? What have you used up recently? Have you tried any of these products? Thanks for reading, you can find me here:
