Empties #18 Will I Repurchase?

Dare I just say that this could quite possibly be the best empties post I have ever published on my blog? It has a good variety of makeup, skincare and body care empties, not even to mention the fact that this post is heavily dominated by no's and a few yes's!
Empties #18, Will I Repurchase?
Will Definitely Repurchase!
Benefit POREfessional Pro Balm Primer-Project Pan
Even though this was one of the mini porefessional balms it did take me quite a while to finish up, especially due to the fact that I only mainly use this primer on my nose. This is the only primer, I've tried, that makes makeup last on my nose for an entire day as well as smoothing out my complexion and controlling my oils. It is pricey and it does the job, I have already got the full size in my collection waiting to be used!

MAC Pro Longwear Concealer-Review
Another feature in my Project Pan, this concealer has been around for quite a while now and no doubt it has oxidised but I carried on using it! It's full coverage, has a lovely creamy consistency, blends well and stays on all day. It is possibly one of the best concealers I have tried plus it's a cult all time favourite.

Superdrug Vitamin E Micellar Water-Review
I don't think I've ever come across a micellar water that's so inexpensive yet works like magic until I found this one. This micellar water breaks down makeup easy and quickly as well as removing it within seconds, even a full face! Nothing is too hard for this water as it even breaks down waterproof mascara really well. My only slight issue is that the cap leaks ever so slightly but it's nothing that standing it up straight doesn't solve. It is an undiscovered gem, a must have!

T-Zone Charcoal&Bamboo Nose Pore Strips*-Review
These little black strips of goodness are my favourite. Honestly, I have never seen anything more fascinating than peeling one of these off my nose, watching all the blackheads gently being extracted from the skin. So grim but so satisfying! You get results every time which is something I love about these, no blackhead too big or too small, additionally your nose feels smoother and looks a lot clearer than before.
Empties #18, Will I Repurchase? Will Definitely Repurchase!
Hmm, Maybe!
Well, this heading is kind of pointless....

Not For Me!
Barry M Flawless Colour Correcting Primer-Review
I used to really like this primer when I was using it in conjunction with the matching foundation, they were a match made in heaven. But since I finished the foundation up I found it hard to use the primer so I popped it into my Project Pan now it's here. To be honest this isn't a bad primer it does its job well it's just that I personally don't need that colour correction anymore as I find that foundation and concealer work perfectly to eliminate my redness. However, if you've got more of an oily/combination complexion then definitely give this one a go as it feels similar to the porefessional as it has that silicone-like texture due to it being oil free.

YSL Couture Brow Marker*
This is another that I really enjoyed using it, to begin with, but then it went downhill awfully quickly. It does look rather daunting because it looks like a liner pen but it's very easy to use. I find that you can create quite a natural brow look with this marker, alongside being able to fill in your brows, create shape and add tiny flicks to your brows to imitate real hair. But, this ran out ridiculously quickly which is rather frustrating considering it is quite expensive to buy, which is the main reason as to why I won't purchase this.

Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer-Review
This concealer and I have never got on. I'm quite glad that I have finally got it out of my collection as it has been holding a place for so long, which it never deserved. I only put this concealer into my Project Pan to force myself to use it up so I could finally get rid. Honestly, I don't think I will ever understand the hype surrounding this concealer because it doesn't add any coverage, it makes you look tinged orange and that's about it.

Diego Dalla Palma Setting Spray
I'm overly glad that they have stopped selling this setting spray because I don't even know how anyone can put this on their shelves, promote it and say that it's the best spray to date as it's awful. To start off, it has this unruly nail polish remover kind of scent which is that strong that it makes my eyes water and I end up in a coughing fit. Therefore, you've got to hold your breath when you spray it because otherwise, you may end up in hospital. Not even to mention the mist, it basically spits this potent liquid at you leaving round blobs on your face. I despise this product; it's hideous!

Holika Holika Blueberry Juicy Sheet Mask
I was quite hopeful that these masks would do great things for my skin because I had heard a lot about them but I wasn't too fussed. This blueberry one has a light fruity berry fragrance to it which isn't too strong. Once removed from the skin there was a lot of residue to massage in, which I like, and my skin did look a little radiant but it felt dry in some areas.

Holika Holika Honey Juicy Sheet Mask
I've never been the greatest honey lover and it did have a subtle scent that was noticeable throughout the duration of the time the mask was on the skin. There was a little bit of sebum left over to massage in and my skin did feel hydrated however it made my skin feel quite rough which was odd considering it had done a fairly good job at moisturizing it. I get much better results from other sheet masks that's why I won't be repurchasing these again.

Origin Naturals Charcoal and Coconut Body Scrub
Ths body scrub is particularly strange due to the face that it doesn't exfoliate your body one bit. It also doesn't have a very pleasant scent, the combination of charcoal and coconut leaves you smelling like Veet's shaving cream. Not only that, but it has a murky volcanic ash colour to it which isn't something you'd be wanting to apply to your skin. I did purchase this in TkMaxx and I cannot find it online so if you see it in store, swerve it!

The Body Shop Coconut Milk Body Lotion
Forget milk, this stuff has the consistency of water. It's that runny that it takes a lifetime to massage into the skin due to its incredibly thin consistency. The one good thing that I will say is that in the morning you can still smell the coconut scent which is great if you love the scent, but if you're like me and hate the tacky coconut scents then it's a nightmare!

The Body Shop Softening Gel in Frosted Berries and Spiced Apple-Review
Now, what I dislike about these is the formula which I mentioned in a disappointing products post, linked above. It takes so long to squeeze any gel out of the tube, it's more like a workout due to its sticky consistency it just wants to stay put in the bottle. The frosted berries one had a wonderful scent to it but in regards to the spiced apple I was a bit let down as it had a lot of spice and very little apple in the scent.

YSL Black Opium Floral Shock Perfume*
I had a mini of this perfume and considering it was only 50ml it lasted me a good amount of time, so if you are going to purchase the full sized it will definitely be in your collection for some time. This perfume made me feel super sexy when I wore it and due to the bottle being dark and mysterious that added to the scent. It's a luxurious perfume, not one for day to day wear, mainly for the evenings or special occasions but I just don't see myself buying it because it is so expensive I would never get my money's worth out of it as I always forget to wear perfume anyway.
Empties #18, Will I Repurchase? Not for me!
Do you agree that this was possibly one of the most exciting empties I've ever produced? To be fair the majority of makeup products included in this post are also part of my Project Pan which could be a great indication that it's going well! Have you tried any of these products, do you love them or not? Thanks for reading, you can find me here:
