Disappointing Beauty Products #2

There are hundreds of beauty products that I have tried, used, tested, liked, loved, adored and treasured, however, it's not often that I come across a product that's disappointing or doesn't work well for me.
Disappointing Beauty Products #2
Although saying that, I have got a small selection in my collection at the minute that I'm not one hundred percent on.

Elf Hydrating Primer £7.50
I was far too excited to be trying this primer only to apply it to my skin and notice that it contained silicone. Silicone and dry skin aren't a match made in heaven, you don't normally associate those two together. I was hoping it was going to be a good hydrating drugstore primer but it only makes my skin feel smooth and a little bit like the porefessional by Benefit.

Elf HD Lifting Concealer £4.50
Considering when I first hauled this concealer I had doubts, I was always going to be sceptical when a concealer calls itself fair yet doesn't look anything like it. It's just way too dark and orange for me, considering I usually do pick up the shades in fair this didn't even compare to the others. It looks ridiculous on me!

Make Up For Ever Ultra Loose Powder £24.50
I've had this powder in my storage since Christmas and I'm yet to have a day where it actually looks good on my skin. Whenever I apply it, whether it's with a sponge or a brush, it seems to cling to my dry patches and on my cheeks, it completely removes the foundation beneath it making me look patchy. It's only a mini so I'm hoping I can just use it in no time.

Sleek I-Divine Eye Palette in A New Day £8.99
I was quite excited to try this palette out when my sister gave it to me. So when I took it away to my boyfriends, knowing we were going out the next day, I was eyeing up a bronzed golden look. However, the pigmentation of the shimmer shades is horrific, there were just a few specs of glittery powder that came off onto the brush, it even shows in the swatches. I was extremely disappointed by this.

Avon True Colour Supreme Length Nourishing Mascara £10.00
I wouldn't say that this mascara gives supreme length but it does make my short and stubby lashes look visible for once which I quite like. However, it has such a wet formula that when I blink I have black dots and lines everywhere, I have to try and keep my eyes open for as long as possible to avoid a disaster.

Pixi Glowtion Day Dew Brightening Lotion £24.00
When I bought this huge beauty bundle this lotion was included in it and it was one of the products I was more intrigued to try out. Although, I have been quite disappointed since trying it out. I thought it would be more on the natural glowing side of things, but, it has this visible iridescent pink sheen to it and it adds glitter particles on to your skin, not my favourite look of all time. Considering the price of this I was expecting something a bit better from Pixi.

Avon Planet Spa Blissfully Nourishing Hand and Foot Scrub £4.00
My intentions when I bought this were to predominantly use it as a foot scrub rather than for my hands. I've used it twice and it works amazingly well, it removes the dead skin and makes your feet extremely soft and smooth. So what's the issue with it? It smells awful! I dislike shea scents in general but this one puts me on the verge of vomiting each time, it's that bad!

Those are all of the products that I've found disappointing recently. Have you tried any of these or what product have you been disappointed by? Thanks for reading, you can find me here:
