Empties #19 Will I Repurchase?

Can you believe that this is the first empties post of the year?! It feels like ages since I was lasting writing about pots and plastics!
Empties #19 Will I Repurchase?
Will Definitely Consider Repurchasing!
No.7 Beautifully Matte Foundation-Review
Don't be fooled by the look of this foundation because no matter what I do to try, whether it's sitting it upright or lying it down, no more foundation will come out. It's a shame as it's one of my favourite foundations I've ever used, I've been through two bottles of it! It's full coverage, matte and it covers everything up, brilliant for those of you with combination to oily skin. I need to pick another one up soon!

NYX Retractable Lip Pencil in Nude-Review
I don't think I've spoken about this enough on my blog, jokes it's been in at least five posts! One of my favourite lip liner formulas, retractable ones are also the best. The colour nude is perfect for everyday wear and it ties in with other lipsticks wonderfully.

L'Oreal Paris Hydra Genius Aloe Water
At the time of writing this, I have already got another bottle stashed away in my drawer ready for use. This is quite possibly the most beneficial moisturiser I have ever used on my skin. It's lightweight, hydrates and doesn't leave a tacky base as it absorbs in straight away. The only downside is that I go through a bottle quite quickly!

Technic Makeup Brush Cleaner*-Review
This brush cleanser worked amazingly well on my brushes and beauty blender. I found that the stains in some of my brushes, gross I know, were removed and that never happened with the previous product I was using. It made the chore quick and easy plus it's in a tub which is great for travelling.
Empties #19 Will I Repurchase? Will Definitely Repurchase!
Hmm, Maybe!
Make Up For Ever Step 1 Skin Equaliser Hydrating Primer
Even though I only had a mini which came in the must have gift set I really did enjoy it. It was as if I was moisturising my skin twice. The primer made my skin smooth, hydrated and it made a lovely canvas for makeup to go on top of. However, I'm unsure as to whether it was breaking me out of not when I was using it or whether it was just hormonal breakouts, that's why it's a maybe.

Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer-Review
This concealer has been in a couple of empties posts before on my blog, however, it is the first time I've been hesitant to repurchase it. Recently when using it, I noticed that this one was a lot drier on my skin and it accentuated the dry patches I had on my chin and it clung to my spots as well which I wasn't overly pleased about. It does have incredible coverage though for a drugstore concealer at its price point.

Essence Camouflage Full Coverage Concealer
I read quite a few positive things about this concealer so I thought at £2.50 a go I didn't have a lot to lose. It's a medium coverage concealer that lasts a relatively long time on skin, except on my nose where it disappears faily quickly. I wouldn't rush out to get this concealer but then again I wouldn't say no to using it.

Decleor Micellar Oil
I loved this micellar oil, I would use it at every chance I got. It's the best cleansing oil I have used as it removes makeup in seconds, even cake face! You don't even need to double cleanse when you use it which is a bonus. The only thing that's setting me back from repurchasing is the price.

Chirpbody Softnest Hair Mask
I only had a mini packet of this hair mask but it was a pleasure to use. First off it smelt divine, just like lemon sorbet, it literally made my mouth water. Not only that but it's 100% natural, you leave it on for 25 mins and then wash out, fairly self-explanatory. My hair felt the softest it had ever been, silky smooth and even the next day you could notice a different, definitely a luxury as it is quite expensive.

Not For Me!
Peaches and Cream Translucent Setting Powder-Review
This powder was nothing out of the ordinary, it didn't blow me away, it just did its job. It claimed to be a translucent powder but if you swatched it or took your brush to it you'd visibly see white which is a little odd, however, I never tested it in flash photography (I probably should have).

Freedom Pro Blush in Angelic
This was a major success story in my Project Pan last year! I'm so glad that I've finished it. This blush kicks up a lot of product, very powdery, but it gave off a lovely peachy sheen on the cheeks. Even though it is inexpensive I'd rather have a blush with a better formula in my collection.

Simple Kind To Skin Soothing Facial Scrub-Review
From the first time that I tried this product, I knew I wasn't going to like it. It has such a harsh, chemical-like scent, it reminded me a lot of the do it at home hair dyes you get. Not just that, but I found it didn't do a lot in terms of exfoliating anyway, you had to use a lot to notice a difference.

The Body Shop Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask-Review
Don't get me wrong, for spots this mask was brilliant at getting rid of them however for the rest of my face it didn't do much good. This mask is for oilier complexions however even with my combination skin, on the oilier areas, I found that this dried out my skin so much, it stiped my skin of any hydration.

La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo
This is one of the most hyped up skincare products and because of that, I was expecting miraculous things from it. I only got a mini pot in my haul which was a great way to test it out. But I wasn't overly impressed. I adored the zingy citrusy scent that it had, very nice! Other than that I didn't notice it do a lot.

Figs and Rouge Hyaluronic Acid 3 in 1 Hydra Activ Hero Cream
My skin has never reacted badly to any products before, until I tried this one. This broke me out like there was no tomorrow! It has such a thick body butter like feel to it, therefore, it made my skin feel ridiculously heavy and the number of spots I had was crazy.

Urban Veda Radiance Body Wash
I didn't notice any of the claims that this body wash has, it lathered up well and that's about it, for the price it doesn't justify it for me. However, it did have a very strong scent which definitely opened up the airways!

NuSkin Epoch Body Shaving Cream-Review
Golly gosh is this one expensive product for what it is. I found that after you use this once the foam just keeps on coming out of the top, which is rather annoying. Once again I didn't notice a difference between using this to soap or any normal gel. It also has a strong scent which surely can't be good for you to inhale so often.
Empties #19 Will I Repurchase? Not For Me!
The first empties post of the year and a lot of products which I will say goodbye to for good! Have you tried any of these products, do you love them or not? Also, I'm on the hunt for a good facial exfoliator so if you know of any do let me know as I cannot find one that works well for me! Thanks for reading, you can find me here:
