What I Took To Lanzarote - Beauty Edition

Last month I went on holiday to Lanzarote with my boyfriend and his family and I took a bag full of beauty products with me, for on the flight and in my suitcase. I thought I'd show you all of the exciting beauty bits that I took with me for our week away.
What I Took To Lanzarote - Beauty Edition
Pixi Glow Mud Cleanser £18.00
This has been my chosen face wash for the past few weeks now so I packed it with me for Lanzarote. In the evenings, this cleanser was great for a deep clean of all the sun cream and sweat which had built up and accumulated throughout the day.

Malibu Ultra Hydration Lotion £2.99
This was my go-to evening moisturiser as it contains aloe vera which was great for cooling the skin at the end of the night. I love this moisturiser as it's lightweight, absorbs well and rehydrates the skin.

Nivea Daily Essentials Light Moisturising Day Cream* £4.10
I took this in my hand luggage and it was a lifesaver as my skin was quite dry during the flight. This moisturiser contains SPF 15 which was good for when we landed and for walking down to breakfast in the morning.
Nivea Daily Essentials Light Moisturising Day Cream
Pixi Glow Tonic Serum £26.00
I used this every other day for an instant skin pick me up. After use, my skin was looking naturally glowy and I didn't break out on the whole trip.

Nivea Deep Cleansing Shower Clay Fresh in Ginger and Basil* £2.39 - Review
For the shower, I decided to take this wash as I have been obsessing over the scent of it ever since I got it. Now that I am back from holiday whenever I now use it the scent takes me back!

Hawaiian Tropic After Sun Body Butter in Exotic Coconut £5.00
I didn't actually get to use any of this on myself for the whole holiday, however, my boyfriend on the other hand did. It smells amazing and really rehydrated the skin after a day in the sun.
Hawaiian Tropic After Sun Body Butter in Exotic Coconut
Glow by So...? Illuminating Perfume Mist in Prosecco Pearl £6.99 - Review
I only really used this when we left the hotel and I applied it over my shoulders and collar bones and it looked lovely. It does squirt out of the bottle so you have to blend it in with your fingers but that didn't matter too much as it looked glowy and smelt sweet.

When I go on holiday to a warmer country I don't take any makeup with me as I never use it as it's always too hot. My chosen SPF for this holiday was the Cien Sun Lotion in SPF 50 which you can purchase from Lidl. I enjoyed using this, I didn't burn whatsoever, however, my boyfriend was using the same one and he came home looking like a lobster so I'm not sure what happened there! These were all of the beauty products I took with me, do you take makeup with you on holiday or just skincare like myself? Thanks for reading,
