Brush, Blend, Cover, Contour Brush Cleanser

This week I thought I'd do a quick blog post about cleaning make-up brushes.

1) You should clean your brushes properly once every one to two weeks.

2) Cleaning them with make-up brush cleanser should be done once every 1-2 days or on the go when required.

No7 Make-up Brush Cleanser Review
I use the No.7 makeup brush cleanser, every so often. The transparent bottle says "Thoroughly cleanses and removes make-up residue build up" and I completely stand by that. It is a clear liquid which removes any make-up on your brushes/sponges.

This is the only brush cleanser I have used and tried; when I bought them No.7 had an offer on for buy one get one half price over their whole skincare range and this was included so I picked up two. They retail at £8.00 from Boots.

When using the product I get an old flannel and squirt a couple of pumps of the cleanser onto the flannel. I then pick up one of my real technique brushes and do circular movements onto the flannel to get all the product out. I repeat this process until I've done all my brushes. It leaves my brushes smelling fresh and new with a soft delicate textured feel to them.

What do you use to clean your brushes?
 Thanks for reading.
