CP Food Week / Granola Galore

To finish the week off I thought I'd do a semi-healthy snack which is easy to recreate for yourselves. Personally, I think they look really cute which is what makes me want to eat them, nonetheless they taste great!
What You Need:

2 Bananas,

100g Honey
1tspoon Almond Extract,
125g Rolled Oats,
1tbsoon Cinnamon,
Pinch of Salt

What To Do:

  1. Crush the bananas into a bowl and add honey and almond extract,
  2. Mix rolled oats, cinnamon and a pinch of salt all together into a bowl and add the banana mixture too,
  3. Transfer to a muffin tin tray and press down on the sides to make a cup shape,
  4. Chill for 2 hours then bake in an oven at 175 for 10-12 minutes,
  5. Leave to cool then chop the strawberries into small pieces,
  6. Add them on top,
  7. Eat when desired.
