To finish the week off I thought I'd do a semi-healthy snack which is easy to recreate for yourselves. Personally, I think they look really cute which is what makes me want to eat them, nonetheless they taste great!
What You Need:2 Bananas,
100g Honey
1tspoon Almond Extract,
125g Rolled Oats,
1tbsoon Cinnamon,
Pinch of Salt
Yogurt,
Strawberries,
What To Do:
- Crush the bananas into a bowl and add honey and almond extract,
- Mix rolled oats, cinnamon and a pinch of salt all together into a bowl and add the banana mixture too,
- Transfer to a muffin tin tray and press down on the sides to make a cup shape,
- Chill for 2 hours then bake in an oven at 175 for 10-12 minutes,
- Leave to cool then chop the strawberries into small pieces,
- Add them on top,
- Eat when desired.
