CP Food Week / Sweet Smoothie

For all you sweet smoothie loving people out there, this one is for you. Smoothies are perfect for the summer months as they're fresh, filling and super sweet.
What You Need:

2 Bananas,

6 Strawberries,
Half a pint of milk,

What To Do:

  1. Chop the fruit up into small pieces, leaving one strawberry,
  2. Get a blender or a smoothie machine and pour in the fruit,
  3. Measure out your milk and pour that in as well,
  4. Press on and watch the mixture blend together,
  5. Once the fruit has all been blended you can then pour out your smoothie into a cup,
  6. For final finishing touches chop the left over strawberry in half but not all the way and place onto the rim of the cup,
  7. You can add sugar into the smoothie if you want it sweeter. however, due to the high content of natural sugars already in the fruit I didn't want to add anymore,
  8. Drink when desired.
This smoothie is so simple and you can make it to suit you, adding different fruit in and experimenting with the flavours. Will you be recreating this smoothie? Thanks for reading.
