I think the majority of us agree that taking your make-up off at the end of the day is one of the most relieving moments of the day. The thought of removing a full face of make-up, lashes and even attempting to budge the long wear eyeliner and mascara seems like a task until you use this oil.
I am aware that a lot of people will be looking at their phones, laptops, computers, tablets etc. right now thinking an oil...an oil to remove make-up but it's true. An oil is the best form of cleanser because there are a lot of oils in makeup products unless you get the oil-free versions, and oil combats and breaks down oil.
After a long day of wearing makeup I like to go in with my Body Shop camomile cleansing oil and massage this on my face. When I'm massaging the oil onto my skin I notice the make-up coming off within seconds. If you're tackling eye make-up the lightest, most delicate touch or rub will remove the make-up within an instance meaning no irritation is caused.
What I also love about this cleansing oil is that not only does it remove all of the make-up on your skin, it leaves your face feeling extremely soft and smooth after drawing out all of the impurities from your pores. It's the perfect oil for those with sensitive skin as it has chamomile in which is a soothing agent, therefore, it aids any redness which may occur.
The only downside I do have to this oil is that it sometimes leaks even when it's closed, therefore I tend to keep this in my bathroom instead of my bedroom for obvious reasons. I love this oil for removing my make-up and I wouldn't look back on removing my make-up with a normal cleanse anymore. It's changed my perspective. This is a great alternative to the Dermalogica pre-cleanse oil which is another wonderful oil. Have you tried an oil before or would you use one? Thanks for reading.
