Achieving a dewy and luminous base is something that I'm aspiring to nail this year and I have found a few products that are helping me get the look.
Benefit Ooh La Lift Instant Under Eye Brightening Boost £19.50
Before I apply any base products to my skin I always go in with this under eye brightener. It's a pale, pearly pink liquid that blends easily whilst reflecting heaps of light to the area. This product works wonders on brightening the under eyes leaving you with a very luminous, light and bright under eye area. By all means, this product is quite expensive, I'll admit it, however, it is definitely worth it in my eyes.
Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint £20.00
On those days where I want little to no makeup on and I just want to look presentable, this is what I go for. It is brilliant for those light coverage days as it allows you to have natural yet dewy looking skin. Personally, I find that blending it out with a sponge works best, as it gives you a nice healthy glow. There aren't many shades, however, this tint does adapt to your skin tone making it hard for you to go horrifically wrong!
L'Oreal Paris Nude Magique Cushion Foundation £14.99
Whereas on the days when I am looking for more coverage, this is the option I tend to choose. This foundation gives you a light to medium buildable coverage whilst feeling incredibly lightweight on the skin. It allows you to create a beautiful base giving you an all-round glow to your complexion. Not to mention it's a handy compact for travelling. I finally understand the craze for cushion foundations, I love this one!
These three products have been giving me the glow and luminosity I need in my life. What products do you use to achieve a dewy base? Have you tried any of these before? Thanks for reading.
