Pamper Evening Essentials

When I think of having a pamper evening ten times out of ten I'm thinking about having a steaming hot bath with bubbles surrounding me whilst my mind gets cleared. Where I can lie there, relax and more often than not treat my face and body.

Soap and Glory 3 in 1 Daily Detox Vitamin C Facial Wash £8
Once I have taken my makeup off from the day I always think it's quite nice to go in with a facial wash to refresh the skin. My skin has been on the oiler side recently and this one does a splendid job at making my face feel clean, smooth, as well as brightening my complexion but it also prepares my skin for a face mask.

Mudmasky Detox Purifying Recovery Mask £61
This mask reminds me a lot of The Body Shop Himalayan charcoal one but I find this one to be more lightweight on the skin and less drying. I like to use this on areas of concern like my chin and nose where I tend to get spots and a build-up of blackheads as it does a good job at clearing the skin.

Quick Fix Mega Moisture Gel Mask-Review £4.99
My favourite drugstore face mask, it never lets me down when I want that added moisture. I apply this everywhere else on my face, where the purifying mask isn't, to give the rest of my skin a boost of hydration, vitamin e, and collagen. It moisturises like a dream!

Soap and Glory Clean On Me Creamy Clarifying Shower Gel £6.50
Recently, I've really been liking this shower gel. It has such a lovely, relaxing scent to it which lathers well. Not only that, but once you've used it it leaves your body feeling clean and the scent lingers around for a while which is rather nice.

Decleor 1000 Grain Body Exfoliator-Favourites £29
Whilst the masks are on I tend to focus more on my body and I enjoy exfoliating. This is possibly the best body exfoliator I have ever used, it's very grainy and quite rough on the skin which means it does an incredible job at removing all of the dead skin. What I like most about it is that you can see a difference once you've used it. The only thing is is that I'm running extremely low which is bad news!

Soap and Glory Heel Genius £5.50
I've always just used a normal body butter on my feet but since I've started using this cream I wouldn't go back to doing that. It has such a cooling sensation when you apply this to your feet, it makes them feel less achy plus it leaves you moisturised as well as having lightly scented cucumber smelling feet which is rather fresh.

Marks and Spencers Nature's Ingredients Vanilla Sugar Body Butter (Normally £7)
Dependant on what kind of scent I'm leaning towards on the day will determine which body butter I use. However, I've been loving using this one by M&S as it smells sweet, vanilla is such an easygoing scent for me, and it also leaves your body feeling extremely smooth and hydrated. This is one of their festive Christmas scents but they do have a lovely range to choose from.

Typically after a long day, this is what I tend to do, I get in the bath and I don't do anything but relax. I sometimes read a book or light a candle if I'm feeling daring. What products do you like to use for a pamper evening? Thanks for reading.
