Empties #22

I've decided to switch up my empties posts a bit, only because I found myself writing a mini report on products that aren't even available anymore, were limited edition or just of those that were boring and repetitive. So here we are with a hopefully new and improved version.
Product empties - my thoughts on these products
Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer - Review
Definitely one of my favourite concealers I've used this year and last. For me, this one is harder to buy as it isn't in my local Superdrug at the moment which let me tell you is very frustrating, but I do want to get more of these in more shades.

Repurchase? Yes.

Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder
I've been through so many of these now, a staple in everyone's collection. However, this time around I have opted for a different powder to test out but no doubt I will be purchasing one of these in no time.

Repurchase? Yes, in the future.

Soap&Glory 3D Volume Lip Shine Balm
This lip gloss balm was in my project pan this year and I enjoyed using it. I would like to get it in the nude shade next time as pinks aren't really my colour, but saying that, it was quite subtle and comfy on the lips.

Repurchase? Yes.

Tarte Rainforest of The Sea 4-in-1 Setting Mist
I didn't use this as a face mist but more of a setting spray on top of makeup. It made my skin look dewy and the spray was quite nice as it was a soft sprinkle. Didn't do much in regards to longevity but I think it's more of a skincare product anyway.

Repurchase? No.
Makeup Revolution conceal and define concealer empties my thoughts
L'Oreal Paris Fine Flowers Gel-Cream Face Wash
Whenever I used this my skin would go super dry and I'd get flakey dry patches on my face which was really strange even though it says it is for dry skin.

Repurchase? No.

Olay Hydrating Rich Creamy Cleansing Milk
If you are using this with the intention to remove makeup then I'd advise you not to bother as it doesn't do a lot. You have to use around four to five cotton pads to remove light day makeup.

Repurchase? No.

Primark P.S Oats and Honey Radiance Face Mask
I got two uses out of this mask which I'm happy about as I loved using this. It made my skin so smooth, slightly plump and most importantly glowy! Does what it says and it's inexpensive as well.

Repurchase? Yes.

Rodial Dragon's Blood Sculpting Gel
Another pricey product that I wish I could afford at full price as this paired with the La Mer cream made my skin feel incredible! The gel absorbed into my skin really well, my skin had never felt so youthful and plump.

Repurchase? Maybe, if it goes on offer.

Tarte Drink of H2O Hydrating Boost Moisturizer - Haul
I loved this moisturising gel but at the same time, I hated it because it made me break out so bad due to the strong scent it has. It made my skin feel smooth, hydrated and it cooled my redness down but the pimples/spots I got from using it aren't worth it.

Repurchase? No.

La Mer Moisturising Soft Cream
It's times like this where I wish I was a millionaire and could afford products of this value. It's a lovely cream, it made my skin hydrated, plump and all things nice but there are good moisturisers out there which I'm more than happy to keep using.

Repurchase? No.
My thoughts on empty beauty products
Pretty sure this is the only foot cream I have loved and repurchased. I love the scent, the cream itself and the results it gives from doing an overnight treatment with cotton socks. It does a great job at soothing the feet and hydrating the skin.

Repurchase? Yes, once I have finished off my other creams.

Charlotte Tilbury Scent Of A Dream Perfume Sample
This is definitely more of a mature type of scent in my opinion. Sweet scents are more of my scene.

Repurchase? No.

Do let me know what you thought of this style of empties post as it is quite different from the rest. Also what products have you used up recently and have you tried any of these before?  Thanks for reading,
