What I've Been Loving in Summer

It has been a long time since I last posted a favourites update, and I have a handful of products that I have been loving and want to share with you!

I love this cleansing balm! Cleansing balms are my favourite type of cleanser, they beat micellar waters and lotions by a country mile. I've used this after using micellar water to remove the first layer of makeup, and for removing a full face of makeup, and you don't need to do the first step of using micellar water whatsoever! This balm can remove a full face of makeup comfortably.

It's a luxurious balm cleanser that leaves your skin feeling smooth and looking glowing. What's also nice is that you don't need to use a lot of product to cleanse your skin so it'll last for quite a while. The scent is lovely, if you've been to a spa it'll transport you right there, it's a calming spa-like scent which I like.

This hands down has to be one of the most luxurious skin-loving moisturisers I have ever tried! It has a beautiful bouncy and lightweight texture that absorbs into the skin really nicely, as it isn't heavy or too thick. Once the moisturiser has sunk into the skin you instantly notice a radiant glow that your skin adorns. Not only does it boost the radiance in your skin, but it also nourishes and rehydrates the skin from the night before creating a smooth base for your primer and makeup. It's a beautiful moisturiser!

Recently, I needed a new foundation and I opted for the trusty No7 foundation that I used to use quite a few years back and I forgot how good this foundation was! At the time of purchasing they also had a £5 off offer on which made it even cheaper. It's a light to medium coverage foundation that blends into the skin really well, it's one of those your skin but with added coverage foundations, where you can't tell there's a layer of foundation even when you double up! Plus, it lasts all day on the skin and provides a lovely natural finish, great for everyday wear.

The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Scrub Shampoo
I can't believe I am writing this having just found out that they have discontinued this shampoo! It's my favourite! It's a scrub, for which you need a small amount of product, that you massage into your hair and scalp and it removes the grease and making your hair and scalp feeling smooth and clean. As it's a scrub it is more of a luxury experience compared to your normal liquid shampoo. Does anyone know of a replacement for this scrub shampoo?

There we have it, those are all of the products I have been loving in Summer. What products did you enjoy using in Summer, did you change up the products you were using due to the pandemic and the heatwave? Thanks for reading,
